Hopefully you may be able to do the same by either spreading awareness of their message, or perhaps by making a small donation if possible. Haven House Children's Hospice was first conceived in the early 1990s, as the brainchild of Sue Irwin, a registered nurse and health visitor, who with friends and colleagues founded the charity to provide care to life-limited children and their families at no cost to them

Enfield Ignatians RFC was founded in 1949 as Old Ignatians RFC, to provide rugby for former pupils of St. Ignatius College. Since then we have created our own destiny. In the early days we used the College pitches in Park Lane, Tottenham but, as the OI Association grew in strength, we then eventually moved and settled in Enfield, North London

Harmless is a user led organisation that provides a range of services about self harm including support, information, training and consultancy to people who self harm, their friends and families and professionals

The J's Hospice charity improves the lives of young adults (aged 16-40) with life limiting and life threatening conditions and their families across Essex. We provide enhanced care including tailored specialist nursing, respite, advice and emotional care as well as end of life care and bereavement support – in the comfort and security of their own homes

The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community - serving men and women, veterans, and their families. The Legion is committed to helping everyone understand the importance of Remembrance so that sacrifices of our Armed Forces past and present are never forgotten

St Clare Hospice is a local charity and each year we care for hundreds of people across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire border. We provide free, compassionate care and support to adults with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers
