Great Marlborough Street @ Oxford Circus, London

A structural and architectural package that begun with large spliced structural steels that were pulled up the front of the building , loaded onto each floor then installed using genie hoists and spliced together using specialist HSFG bolts. The architectural package consisted of powder coated roof terrace balustrade and Juliet balconies, galvanised timber screen supports along with a fully welded penthouse staircase and balustrade and a galvanised fire escape stair, which both were installed using a crane with a part road closure

Stratton Street @ Green Park, London

A project that begun with forming 42 dormers from SHS sections to various floors within the existing RC building and extending the existing roof steelwork. All floors were 3D surveyed and materials were loaded out to each floor through a service riser and installed using genie hoists. We then went onto to extending the existing staircase from the 6th floor to roof level with balustrade to match the existing machined stainless steel balustrade

Station House

@ Swiss Cottage, London

This project was a huge structural alteration of an existing RC building and fit out for our client. This consisted of forming new openings in RC walls from the basement to 5th floor using large mild steel box frames which were loaded out to the first floor using a hi-ab delivery and then pulled up to each floor using manual chain blocks. Once installed new rebar had to be welded to the beams and column to tie these back into the existing RC structure. We also installed a new 14 flight steel staircase ready for screeding followed by stainless steel and glass balustrade. To the entrance we also installed stainless steel wire balustrade to an existing ramp and stainless steel and glass balustrade to the entrance landing

United Grand Lodge

Freemasons Hall @ Great Queen St, London

Construction of 4 link bridges, joining the outer robbing rooms to the inner temple whilst also acting as fire escapes. Due to the site restraints these works were very complex as each bridge had to be manufactured in small sections for carrying through the building and up to the required levels on scaffold platforms. The design incorporates set squares and compasses, representing Masonic symbols. These were hot dipped galvanised and incorporated aluminium, glass, polished stainless steel and then site sprayed

Olympia 2

@ Olympia Exhibition Centre, London

Over a 19 week period we supplied & fitted a 750m2 structural infill using 15m long advanced steel sections, metal decking, shear studs & intumescent paint. We also had to strengthen and repair a large amount of existing steelwork and remove columns to create more exhibition space, along with installing a number of secondary steelwork items for roller shutters, sliding doors and plant decks

Apple Store

@ The Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley

Supplied and installed structural steel advances sections rolled to our order specification. Due to access the steels and to be in piece sections and spliced together on site. To protect the tiled mall floor a temporary roadway had to installed for forklifts to move the steels into the unit out of hours. The object of these works was to create one large open space by way of installing new steelwork and cutting away existing concrete columns. Once all steels were in place we used high pressured jacks to pre-load the concrete slab above. All steels were spray with intumescent fire resistant paint
